1. Do you design the items yourself?
Yes, I design the graphics and send them off to the printer to be manufactured.
2. How long does shipping take?
Printing can take anywhere between 2-7 days plus 3-5 days for shipping. Our printing company can usually achieve a turnaround of just 3 business days or less.
3. Do you accept refunds/returns?
Yes, on a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with the quality of the item or received the wrong item, please reach out to me. However I do not accept returns based off the ordering the wrong size, quantity, color, etc.
